# Pending transaction

En ocasiones puedes ver el siguiente error:

Este mensaje indica que nuestro sistema aún no ha **sincronizado tu última transacción**. Si el problema persiste por **más de una hora**, por favor contáctanos en <support@battlehero.io>, con el asunto *Pending Transaction* e indicando su wallet.
